Drink cocktails from the Ice Bar, Sleep in an Ice Cave and catch a glimpse of the Northern Lights on this breathtaking Ice Hotel short break.
You’ll fly into Kiruna via Stockholm and make your journey to the Ice hotel. When you arrive you will be greeted and provided with your thermal suits and boots to keep you warm and taken on a tour around the hotel. From here you will be able to explore some more or grab a cocktail at the ice bar then enjoy a traditional Scandinavian feast at the restaurant before spending the night in your own private Ice cave.
Once you wake enjoy a cup of hot lingonberry juice, breakfast and a sauna to warm you up a little before your morning of winter adventures. During the next two days there are a range of adventurous outdoor activities available including dogsledding, snowmobiling in search of the Northern lights and a wilderness dinner.
Ask any of the specialists about other activities such as the snap course in ice sculpture using traditional tools, a nighttime Northern lights horseback ride, or a day of Nordic skiing in the Poikkajarvi woods. These next two nights will be spent in a warm traditional Scandinavian room.
